Take the worry and frustration out of setting up sound for your event. 2,600w PA rental for meetings, speeches and presentations for most  spaces. Includes delivery to Vernon immediate area, set up, tear down and live monitoring by 1 tech for the duration of the rental time.

Event Media (Without PA Rental)

If you require audio or video recording in the Vernon, BC area, we are able to assist with that even without a PA rental.

Audio recording will consist of a mono mp3 recording from a single mic positioned in the room. We will do our best to integrate with the existing sound system if possible. A tech will be on site during the event to monitor for the duration of the event.

HD Video recording will be done from a static camera in a location to best capture the event, proper lighting is recommended. 

Photography will consist of an active photographer to get multiple angles. A "Shot List" will be agreed upon before the event and can alter the price depending on your requirements. Proper lighting is recommended.

DJ / MUSIC SERVICES

A DJ is a great way to liven up your corporate events! Adding a DJ to your event helps to lighten the mood and make the event more memorable.

 

During Events and conferences, playing music during breaks, meals or social time helps refresh the mind, to be open and present for the duration of the day. Genre / guest specific songs will be selected and requests will be taken if desired. Volume will be kept in check as to not make the music intrusive or obnoxious.

Are you planning to have a booth in a trade show? let the music bring people to your booth! Booths with audio are more enticing and memorable than those without. Discounts available for extended length events like this. 

Planning an outdoor event? You will need a lot more power than you think! A 2 speaker system might work fine indoors, but without the walls to help circulate the sound, an outdoor event needs a lot more power to be effective. 

 

For most indoor functions a standard 2 speaker 2,600w PA system will be provided with 1 mic. A song/genre list will be confirmed by your prior to the event to be sure the music you want is played, as well requests will be taken from your guests.

- 1 microphone for speeches (stand and 20' cord INCLUDED)

- Delivery/Setup/Teardown (Travel fee possible if outside the Vernon area)

- 1 DJ to take requests and keep the fun going
